ORDERING

 

Is packaging included with my order?
Yes.  FAB will include complimentary packaging with your order.

 

Will I receive a confirmation once I place my order?
Yes.  You will receive a confirmation email from FAB.

 

How can I reach someone regarding my order?
You can email FAB at shop@fabaccessories.com.  You can speak with a member of the FAB team from Monday thru Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm EST at (416) 751-8898.

 

Can I cancel my order?
FAB can cancel your order, if it has not been shipped yet.  Once it has left FAB’s facility it cannot be cancelled.  We generally ship as soon as one day after submission of order. 
 
Be sure to call FAB as soon as possible at (416) 751-8898 and speak to a member of the FAB team or email shop@fabaccessories.com.  Be sure to have your order number ready.

 

Is your entire collection on your website?
FAB carries a large number of collections.  Occasionally, items are temporarily sold out or may have been discontinued. If there’s a particular item you’d like to inquire about, please check with us at shop@fabaccessories.com.

 

Is FAB’s Showroom open to the public?
Sorry, our showroom is not open to the public.

SHIPPING

 

How much does FAB charge for shipping?
FAB charges a $8.00 flat rate for all order in Canada.

 

Which courier does FAB use to ship?
FAB uses Canada Post.  We select the most cost effective method to the customers address.

 

Are there any restrictions with free shipping?
Yes.  Free shipping is only within Canada.  It cannot be combined with any other offer.  If there is a minimum requirement it will be stated.

 

What is the estimated shipping time?
After submission of your order, it will generally be shipped within 7 days.  Arrival date will depend on the final destination from FAB’s facility.

 

Does the shipping cost include insurance?
Should you need insurance, FAB can forward you the shipping charges in advance to confirm.

 

Where is my FAB order being shipped from?
All FAB’s orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

 

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes.  Please select the International option for shipping and payment at checkout.

EXCHANGE/ RETURN POLICY

 

What is FAB’s return policy?

  • FAB will accept returns within 7 days from the date of receiving your purchase.
  • Email shop@fabaccessories.com detailing the item(s) you would like to return and the order number. You will then receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the jewellery.
  • All returned merchandise must be unworn condition with all original packaging.
  • FAB is not responsible for any item(s) that are not returned in the manner stated above.
  • All sale and clearance items are final sale. No returns will be accepted under these conditions
  • FAB does not cover the cost of shipping for your returned items back to us. FAB strongly recommends you obtain proof of posting and a tracking number in these situations, as FAB cannot accept responsibility for lost packages.
  • Any jewellery returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Refund on item(s), which are not found to be defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee

 

What is FAB’s exchange policy?

  • FAB will accept an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving your purchase.

  • The merchandise you would like to exchange must be in unworn condition with all original packaging.

Where is FAB’s jewellery collections made?

FAB’s collections are carefully designed and curated in Toronto, Canada, and made overseas.

 

I have highly sensitive skin, can I wear hypoallergenic jewellery?
FAB recommends, if you have highly sensitive skin to only wear precious metals, such as genuine gold and sterling silver.

 

Why is my jewellery tarnishing?
All jewellery will eventually tarnish. Tarnish is a layer of corrosion that develops on many metals. Sulfur and other airborne chemicals are the main cause of tarnishing.

 

Tarnish can be accelerated to:

  • Jewellery left out in the open and exposed to air
  • Chemicals found in perfumes, lotions and hair care products
  • The sulphur and sodium, found in sweat ** The biggest contributing factors
  • The moisture from your skin will cause the nickel and other alloys to tarnish and stain.
  • The friction caused from daily wear
  • Excessive exposure to heat

To reduce tarnishing FAB recommends you keep all your jewellery in the air tight bag included with your purchase.
